Mother’s Day is an opportunity to sing the praises of the world’s often unsung heroes, to celebrate the women who have positively impacted our lives and done so without ever expecting anything in return. When you start trying to think about everything that goes into being a mom, it’s hard to believe that we only have one day a year dedicated to them — at Indiegogo, we’re more into the idea of Mother’s Year.

This Mother’s Day, we’d like to not only say THANK YOU to our own moms, but also to all those around the world who want nothing but the best for their children. Moms are all about empowering their children to succeed and make a difference, so we wanted to highlight some past and present Indiegogo campaigns that are all about empowering moms:
