The Sloth Sanctuary in Costa Rica raised almost $100,000 dollars to buy tracking systems that could analyze the behaviour of sloths while in captivity. Once sloths show normal jungle behavior, scientists can now identify those patterns and can release sloths to the wild so that they can keep making furry descendants. Time to free the sloths!

By almost raising double their goal of C$24,750, this institution is now ready to continue helping over 5,000 sick, injured and orphaned wild birds, mammals, reptiles and amphibians a year. Since animals can’t talk and say where they hurt, this machine was a must and the power of the global community made it happen!

Now a positive future awaits for mountain gorillas.

Surpassing its goal by $10,000, this campaign will key in preventing these illegal actions, securing the existence of rhinos in years to come and fueling the local economy through tourism.
