If you haven’t already died from cuteness from the above video, then Indiegogo would like to tell you about a new partnership between Whole Kids Foundation and PACT — “Urban Gardens Across America.” As part of this new initiative, Whole Kids Foundation — a Whole Foods Market foundation — and the socially-minded organic apparel line, PACT, are teaming up with Indiegogo to build urban gardens across the United States.

Over 70 Indiegogo campaigns will be run by local “PACTivists” who will engage with their communities to help raise funds for the urban gardens. With the goal of raising $2,500 per garden, the campaigns will be offering exclusive perks provided by PACT — from sustainable socks to earth-friendly underwear.

THE GOAL: To provide a source of healthy food for schools and communities around the country while also educating kids and adults in the food growing process.

Indiegogo is inspired by the nonprofit work of Whole Kids Foundation to improve childhood nutrition as well as PACT’s social entrepreneurship and are honored to be the crowdfunding platform for this groundbreaking (pun intended) project.

Campaigns will begin funding on January 22nd and end on February 28th, so check out the campaigns, share with your friends, and help bring an urban garden to your town!
